Origin

I am Lettie Ar-Rahmaan — Founder and Ecosystem Navigator of On The Move Consulting, LLC.

I spent 32 years at IBM, moving from executive support through software development, quality engineering, and senior product management. My final role was Product Manager for IBM DevOps Automation, leading go-to-market strategy focused on product skills, adoption, and growth. I retired on July 31, 2024.

I know how enterprise ecosystems work from the inside. I also know what it costs to build credibility in rooms that were not designed with you in mind.

The Gap I Saw

When I left IBM, the gap was impossible to ignore.

Enterprise ecosystems are complex, relationship-driven environments. Technology companies and founders with strong solutions were technically capable but lacked the internal relationships, positioning, and strategic access needed to win. Minority founders had no clear path into the rooms where enterprise decisions are made.

Nobody was connecting the dots.

On The Move Consulting exists because access alone is not enough. Many founders already possess talent, expertise, and strong solutions. What they often lack is strategic proximity to the relationships, rooms, and conversations capable of accelerating growth.
